Booth space costs are $45 per square foot with standard depths of 10' or 20'.

Booth size indicated on this application is an approximation. Final booth size may vary depending on the design and available floor space. Final booth size will be charged using a pro-rated square footage rate.

BOOTH PLACEMENT
All booth placements and exhibition design are at the sole discretion of REVEAL Art Fair, Inc. REVEAL Art Fair, Inc. does not guarantee requested booth placements and/or specific booth configuration. REVEAL Art Fair, Inc. will use our best efforts to accommodate Exhibitor requests but reserves the right to make changes in booth assignments and/or booth configuration at any time.

  • 12′ (3.66m) high perimeter walls
  • Lights as indicated
  • One standard table with two chairs and a waste basket
  • Exhibitor badges
  • Standard booth signage
  • Drayage
  • VIP passes and tickets to Fair
  • Wireless Internet access
  • Listing in Fair Guide and online catalogue
  • One parking space

A robust advertising and marketing campaign promoting the Fair regionally, nationally and internationally via social media, targeted emails, website visability, print and online advertising is included.

Detailed information and order forms for additional lighting, walls, electrical services, furniture, special construction, paint color and other options are available to Exhibitor for additional fees and will be included in the Exhibitor Manual.

APPLICATION CHECKLIST FOR PROPOSED EXHIBITION

1. Completed Exhibitor Application (Email to discover@revealartfair.com).

2. $100 Non-refundable Application Fee* (NOTE: Exhibitor Application fee payment must be made online at https://revealartfair.com/payment)

3. JPEG images (a maximum total of 10, minimum size each of 450 x 550 pixels) of proposed artists' work and list of image specifications. (Please submit via Dropbox or WeTransfer to marketing@revealartfair.com)

* Application fee will be applied to the booth space costs for art galleries that are accepted.

FEE REQUIREMENTS & PAYMENT SCHEDULE:

NON-REFUNDABLE APPLICATION FEE:
$100 due upon submission of application.

FIRST INSTALLMENT FEE:
50% of booth rental fees due upon acceptance.

FINAL INSTALLMENT FEE:
Remaining fees due: June 14, 2019.

PAYMENT METHODS:
Exhibitor application fee payment must be made online at https://revealartfair.com/payment.
Following are three payment options for the booth rental:

1. CHECK:

  • U.S. checks should be made payable to REVEAL Art Fair, Inc.
  • No foreign checks will be accepted.
  • Please mail check to: REVEAL Art Fair, Inc. P.O. Box 742, Saratoga Springs, NY 12866

The booth pricing reflects a 3% discount for payments made via checks or bank wire transfers. The discount does not apply if payment is made through a credit card and the applicable fees will be recalculated accordingly in the invoice.

APPLICATION AGREEMENT

  1. This Exhibitor Application and Contract (this "Agreement"), completed in its entirety and accompanied by the requested information, materials and fee, constitutes an application for booth space in REVEAL Art Fair. It is subject to review and approval by REVEAL Art Fair, Inc. All applications will be accepted or declined at the sole discretion of REVEAL Art Fair, Inc.
  2. Accepted applications will be approved via REVEAL Art Fair, Inc.'s formal approval letter after the selection process and dated by REVEAL Art Fair, Inc. and shall then become a binding contract.
  3. Exhibitor agrees to be bound unconditionally by REVEAL Art Fair, Inc.'s Conditions of Participation.
  4. If accepted, the booth fees shall be paid by Exhibitor in accordance with the herein specified payment schedule. In the event Exhibitor fails to make such payments on schedule, REVEAL Art Fair, Inc. reserves the right to reassign Exhibitor’s booth location and/or offer said location to other Exhibitors. Exhibitor shall remain fully responsible and liable for any and all obligations as set forth in this Agreement.
  5. This Agreement between the above named Exhibitor and REVEAL Art Fair, Inc., along with the attached Conditions of Participation and Exhibitor Manual govern the terms and conditions of the parties' relationship. The authorized signature below acknowledges full agreement with the attached Conditions of Participation, and that he/she has carefully read the Conditions of Participation and fully understands its meaning.

From New York City:
New York State Thruway (I-87) to Exit 24;
Adirondack Northway (I-87) north to Exit 15;
Turn left off exit ramp onto Route 50.

From Boston:
Mass. Pike to New York State Thruway (I-90);
West on Thruway to Exit 24;
Adirondack Northway (I-87) north to Exit 15;
Turn left off exit ramp onto Route 50.

From Montreal:
Adirondack Northway (I-87) south to Exit 15;
Turn right off exit ramp onto Route 50.
Travel on Route 50 approximately 2 miles to the traffic light at the intersection of Route 50/Broadway/Route 9, bear left. The large brick building on the left is The Saratoga Hilton Hotel; www.saratogahilton.com, Saratoga Springs City Center complex. Take the first left onto Ellsworth Jones Place (formerly Grove Street). The City Center will be on the left.

From Buffalo:
East on New York State Thruway (I-90) to Exit 28;
Route 29 east to Saratoga;
At intersections of Route 29 and Broadway, turn left onto Broadway;
City Center will be on right at 4th intersection;
Turn right on Ellsworth Jones Place (formerly Grove Street).

Directions For Parking:
Go to end of Ellsworth Jones Place (formerly Grove Street) and turn left on Maple Avenue.
Parking lot entrance is immediately on right.
